What countries and cultures do you find most inspirational when it comes to beauty and why?

I think Japanese culture beauty-wise inspires me the most. It’s because the innocence brought from the Japanese beauty culture enhances one’s naturalness. Japanese beauty culture pursues natural beauty, but at the same time, they never stop innovating new technology to improve their level of cosmetic products.

What is/are the most popular beauty product(s) and brand(s) in your country right now?

1. Armani beauty red lipstick

2. Origins Mega-Mushroom lotion

3. YSL

What are the most popular beauty trends in your country right now (i.e., glass skin)?

Peach blush, simple eyeliner, and highly moisturizing products.

What is your favorite traditional beauty secret from your country?

Drink honey lemon water every morning to clean up your stomach. It helps all the bad things leave your body to keep your skin in a good mood.

Where you buy beauty products?

I usually go to their store, but sometimes I’ll shop on Lane Crawford’s website.

What does “healthy living” mean to you?

It means drinking more water, eating less junk food, and keeping yourself happy. Also, walk and work out more.

How do you define/practice “self-care”?

Believe what you believe and walk the way you wanna walk. Trust yourself more and always love yourself.

What’s your favorite way to stay active and why?

I like to find a day or a night to be alone. I enjoy the alone time to think. I usually choose to walk back home if the location is not too far away. What I can do is listen to a song I love and enjoy the view. The only time I can calm myself and think about all the stuff about myself.

What are the most popular wellness trends in your country right now?

Fitness classes and detoxes are very popular right now. Also, learning to stay positive when you’re approaching 30.

Check back every day for more beauty and wellness routines from cool women across the world.
