It’s easy to buy a new product—whether it be makeup, skincare, or hair—and use it up. If it’s good, we repurchase, and it continues on in an everlasting cycle of buy, use, toss, buy, use, toss (and by toss we mean recycle). It’s strange to think that some of our all-time favorite products, the ones we’ve used for years, are completely foreign to us. We check the ingredient list of course, but where does it come from? How is it manufactured? If you’re like us, you’d really like to know. That’s why we’re kind of obsessed with getting an inside look at the production process behind our favorite products.
This time, we’re looking at Farmacy’s Honey Potion Face Mask ($56). The golden gel that comes packaged in a little honeycomb-shaped container is hydrating, nourishing, and renewing (which, to us, is the face mask trifecta). Watch the full video to see exactly how it’s formulated and packaged before it’s shipped to your door.
