Let’s face it: All beauty-product lovers have a tight-knit relationship with Ulta. From constant, brand-spanking-new arrivals to ridiculous sales, Ulta has become the one-stop-shop for all things beauty. But our favorite part of Ulta—its massive selection—is both a blessing and a curse, as clicking through page after page of must-have products can get a tad overwhelming (and expensive if you’re just buying on impulse).
To save a headache and a bit of cash, we connected with Ulta reps to learn about the 20 best-selling, fan-favorite products of 2017.
Shop them all, below. Morphe Jaclyn Hill Eyeshadow Palette ($38). This palette features a whopping 35 beautifully pigmented shadows. The best part? There’s assortment of mattes, shimmers, satins, foils, and glitter (aka this is the only palette you’ll ever need.). MAC Lipstick Matte ($18). Long-lasting, non-drying color makes MAC’s matte lipstick a major cult favorite. Ultra offers 31 shades, ranging from orange-reds (Chili, pictured here) to deep blues (Matte Royal). Tarte Double Duty Beauty Shape Tape Countour Concealer ($27). An Ulta exclusive, Tarte’s full-coverage concealer works to diminish acne, dark circles, and redness, while also minimizing the look of pores and fine lines. This soft but durable, angled brush ensures smooth, even color with every application. Urban Decay Cosmetics Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer ($29). Plus, the green tea–loaded formula comes in 14 skin-flattering shades. Benefit Cosmetics Roller Lash Curling & Lifting Mascara ($24). Benefit’s Roller Lash works to separate, lift, and curl lashes in a single swipe. Plus, the formula contains lash conditioners provitamin B5 and serin. Not only does Memebox’s mask look incredibly cool upon application (your face basically resembles a diamond), but after 20 minutes, your skin transforms into a smooth, glowing complexion. The formula chalks up its success to a combination of moisturizing rice bran extract, antioxidant-rich oat, and a blend of vitamin-loaded white flowers. Dermalogica PreCleanse ($42). Dermalogica’s PreCleanse is a fantastic alternative to makeup remover. The blend of moisturizing and antioxidant-rich oils work to gently but effectively strip skin of all traces of makeup and dirt, prepping your complexion for your daily cleanser. Tigi Bed Head Masterpiece Shine Hairspray ($23). This no-frills but crazy-effective hairspray adds shine and body to any style, all the while blocking humidity and preventing fly aways. The body is surprisingly lightweight (making it the ideal travel companion), and since the motor is located in the handle, it’s completely silent. Pureology Hydrate Shampoo ($66). A favorite among those with color-treated hair, Pureology’s gentle formula cleanses hair without stripping any dye. Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo ($22). Narrowing down our favorite dry shampoos is no easy task—but Living Proof’s formula is up there (and with reason). A few sprays throughout greasy, sweaty roots and hair is left shine and oil free. Sexy Hair Big Sexy Hair Spray & Play Volumizing Hairspray ($19). Unlike hairsprays that leave your style crunchy or sticky, Sexy Hair’s Spray & Play works to add shiny, manageable, and movable body.
