You won’t be surprised to find out that this dog has a particularly good sense of smell.

Wallis the Golden Retriever was born with two noses – but he is totally owning it.

Despite the defect, he is happy and healthy and spends his time playing with best friend Sunny, another Golden Retriever, in Poole, Bournemouth.

Wallis was adopted last year by Lana Culley, 21, who said strangers cannot help but fawn over his unusual appearance.

She said: ‘We chose Wallis when he was a puppy because of his noses.

‘He is adorable and we knew there wouldn’t be another Golden Retriever quite like him.

‘We already had another dog called Sunny, and the pair of them are inseparable.

‘Wallis is unusual looking and get always get a lot more stares when he’s with us, we wouldn’t change him for the world though.’

His face may look like a mirror image, but it’s actually a cleft palate.

Lana added: ‘He is no different to Sunny and he has no idea he looks any different.

‘We love Wallis’ birth defect and whenever we post photos of him online, we always get loads of comments from people who think he’s really cute.

‘Our entire family love him so much and we wouldn’t change him for the world.’
